The most relevant feature of this collection is uniqueness. Each plank has its own geometry which makes it different from any other and which requires that you combine the planks only following an ad-hoc design.
This makes each flooring absolutely unique.
As the whole production also these boards are sanded, oiled and waxed entirely by hand from master craftsmen. The possibility to customise nuances and shades makes the possible solutions endless and unpublished.
Lemma manufactures these planks with different depths, widths up to 50 cm and length up to 400 cm.

Planks

These planks are manufactured by master craftsmen following an exclusive handcrafted process, according to well established manual techniques combined with the most innovative technologies.
They are manufactured in solid wood or engineered in order to satisfy any kind of request, with different depths, widths up to 50 cm and lengths up to 400 cm.
The sanding by hand, the colouring by impregnation with natural pigments and the finishing by oil and wax give to the planks a unique charm, making them different from each other for nuance, colour and hue.
The timber is selected among the best wood essences as salvaged oak, antique oak, walnut, teak and ebony.

Marquetry

A variety of inlaid works with a high artistic value, where it is possible to imagine and realize every pattern and composition or propose again solutions inspired to the past. The manufacturing process is preceded by a detailed planning stage about the forms and colours of the types of wood to use.
The assembly, the sanding and the polishing of the entire composition are carried out entirely by hand by highly qualified personnel.
These floorings can be manufactured also on the original design proposed by the customer.

Inlay

The main character of this collection is the antique oak which is combined with other materials such as marble, stone, cement, leather, steel and bronze to create unique compositions in a modern transposition.
The assembly, the sanding and the polishing are carried out by hand by master craftsmen entirely inside the factory.
Even for such a sophisticated and innovative collection the flexibility granted by the craftsmanship of process and by the technical skills of craftsmen allow to enrich the already wide range of models with completely new products customisable for design and materials, according to the specific customer’s requirements.

Historic

The typical patterns of the flooring in the old European residences – such as Chevron, Coffered, Versailles and old Herringbone – as well as particular patterns are proposed again, respecting faithfully proportions and completeness of the drawing, thanks to the creation of special elements for connections and borders.
Made up with the hardwood coming from a careful selection of salvaged antique beams, these floorings are sanded by hand to grant an “authentic” global effect.
