]]> We launched the DS-76 back in 1972. At that time, the element set was regarded as revolutionary, as no other sofa bed featured a simpler mechanism. The model could be converted into a guest bed in just a few simple steps, without any mechanical assistance. We are now building on this success and presenting a new edition of the popular model. A special attraction of the DS-76 lies in its softly designed upholstery. The leather is lightly stretched over the cushions, creating beautiful creases for a pure leather experience just like in the good old days. This same characteristic also creates a unique sitting experience – from the feel and comfort to the typical de Sede leather scent.

]]> Celine, roomy, deep and cozy, is an armchair-chaise longue that can be rapidly transformed into a comfortable single bed (mattress size 90×200 cm.) or a large sofa that can be rapidly transformed into a double bed (mattress size 160×200 cm.). Both versions are available with a completely removable cover in fabric or Ecopelle. The cover can be in one color or in a choice of two colors of the same fabric: one for the external cover of the backrest and the sides of the seat cover, the other for the internal part of the backrest and the upper part of the seat cover. Both versions can be fitted with a Memoform or Special mattress that folds and unfolds on the pull – out fixed slats frame fitted with wheels when you need to transform the armchair into a single bed and the small sofa into a double bed.

Single bed which can be joined by a trundle bed fitted with a gas piston mechanism that allows it to be raised easily to the height of the first bed. Thanks to two special rubber – coated steel blocks, the two beds can be joined together to form a double-size bed. Completed by an elegant seat cover, pillow covers and roll cushions, it can be customized with the addition of a backrest. Since 2014 a new loose version of the cover called ‘shabby chic’ has been available , with shaped cushions that improve the seat comfort when used as dormeuse or sofa.
